The Advanced Trout Javelin Taper boasts a supple and relaxed braided fiber core that provides the angler with shock-absorbing properties and lower effort hook-sets. The low-to-moderate stretch rating of the core allows the angler to stretch the line by hand for relaxation while still maintaining the ability for lower effort hook-sets. The core has zero reel memory, creating a relaxed fly line even while fishing in below-freezing temperatures.
